With particular reference to Act CLXIV of 2005, Act V of 2013 (Hungarian Civil Code), Government Decree 45/2014, Directive 2011/83/EU, and applicable GDPR regulations.

- Conclusion of Contract and Validity
The contract for accommodation services is concluded between the Host and the Guest through:
- direct booking on the website,
- confirmation by email,
- booking platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Airbnb.com, Expedia.com, visithungary.com),
- Previo booking system.
The contract becomes valid upon booking confirmation.
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) form an inseparable part of the booking confirmation (voucher). By finalizing the reservation, the Guest acknowledges and accepts these terms.
The Host reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. Such amendments shall not affect already concluded contracts.

- Subject of Service
The service provided is short-term accommodation.
This agreement does not constitute a residential lease under Hungarian law.

- Prices, Services and Payment
Prices and services displayed on the website and booking platforms are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer under the Hungarian Civil Code.
The price and service package confirmed at the time of booking shall prevail and form part of the contract.
Tourist tax (IFA) is payable separately in accordance with local regulations.
Invoices are issued electronically via Szamlazz.hu.
The Host reserves the right to modify service conditions in cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, public health restrictions). Any such changes will be communicated to the Guest in writing without delay.

- Cancellation Policy and Refund Regulations
Standard Cancellation
The Guest may cancel the reservation at any time prior to arrival by written notice sent to:

The time of cancellation is determined by the time the email is received.
- Cancellation at least 5 days before arrival: full refund
- Cancellation within 4 days before arrival or no-show: full amount is retained

Exceptional Circumstances
The Host may waive cancellation fees in the following cases:
- death of a close relative
- serious illness requiring hospitalization
- military draft
- natural disaster or other force majeure
The Guest must notify the Host within 3 days and provide official documentation.

Non-Refundable Bookings
For non-refundable reservations, the total price is charged regardless of cancellation timing.

Modification Options for Non-Refundable Bookings
Date modification is allowed:
- once per reservation
- at least 5 days before check-in
only at the same or higher price

Cancellation Fee Waivers
Grace Period:
No cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours of booking.
Early Cancellation:
No cancellation fee applies if cancelled at least 12 weeks before arrival.

Bookings are administered by the Host using an IT partner and third-party software service providers.

- Right of Withdrawal
According to Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services.
